SLA Report
Dear All,
I order to check whether we are meeting the client specified SLAs or no, an SLA report is generated everyday for the previous day. We take all the required figures from a software called Avaya CenterVu Supervisor we use this software to monitor the flow of calls and it keeps updating every 3secs. Is there a software in the market which can be incorporated with the Avaya to keep a track of our SLA's every 3 secs.
