Workforce Management and E-Mail

Is anyone out there using a workforce management tool (Aspect eWorkforce Management, IEX, Blue Pumpkin, etc.) to forecast e-mail volume and schedule e-mail agents?

As you may have noticed from eariler posts, we are just beginning to integrate e-mail servicing into our center. At some point, we would like to integrate our Kana Response e-mail system with our existing Aspect eWorkforce Management system.

I understand that Aspect has developed an adapater, and I was wondering if anyone has looked into this, or if you've been successful integrating other e-mail systems with other workforce management solutions?

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Thank you.
