Setting up a New call Center

Hi,
My name is Chuck Warren and I am the Director of Contact Management at the Teachers Retirement System of Georgia located in Atlanta, Georgia. We are beginning to plan and prepare to set up a call center at our organization and I would like to visit several existing call centers to learn and gather information from those who have already been traveling on this road. Is there someone in the Atlanta area that would allow me to visit? I promise to not be a nuisance or overstay my welcome.

Thanks,
Chuck Warren

Chuck, we have an online call center called that I would be glad to have you visit (via a Webinar) so you can see how it works. I can set up a demo for you whenever you would like. I can be reached at richb2@dialeronline.net. You can view info about the system at www.dialeronline.net.

Chuck, there is an organization in Atlanta call STI Knowledge that operates a large call center. STI also runs alot of call center related training and certification programs. They are definitely worth looking at based on your location.

Good luck,

dialer capabilities

I am trying to get an idea as to what dialing capabilites are less expensive than the traditional predictive dialer. Predictive dialers are so expensive, does anyone have another dialer solution? Are any of you as unhappy with the price of the predictive dialer as I am?

You would get more people reading your question about dialers if it was posted as a new thread instead of buried in the "Setting up a New Call Center" topic.

Yes. Ken. We have a time shared dialer solution that is used over the internet. Our dialer is totally full featured and has been built from the ground up to work this way. We have a maintanance charge of $19.95 per month per supervisor to use the dialer. This is a Peer to Peer system, so your PC becomes the Supervisor console where you load the contacts, setup of the screen pop screens, set the abandon rates, etc.

Your agents can be at your site on your Lan or remote, as long as they can dialup to the internet.

Setting up a new call center

Chuck

Having opened 4 new call centers in my career to go along with 17 years of management experience, and being personally based in Atlanta, I would be more than happy to meet with you and talk through some of the issues.

I can help you design the center around your specific needs.

lets talk

Regards

Alan
