InterVoice Brite IVR
My company is getting InterVoice Brite's IVR in a few months at several locaitons, specifically the Speech Recognition, Omvia platform
I support one of the Call Center that will be impemented with this IVR, and I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with InterVoice Brite and if so how is it to work with, the actual administration interface? Also how is their technical support? Thanks, James |
