Hi there

Who has experience in preference based scheduling? Especially I have difficulties in following different setted rules as:

- no consecutive weekends on (sat & sun)
- number of workingdays 20 within 4 weeks
- number of workingdays 10 within 2 weeks

There is a lot of manuel work-around, and the next step is to reduce it as much as possible.

Therefore I'm open for every feedback.

cheers

Preference scheduling

Hi,

The examples you gave more look like working time legislation than preferences to me.

When you write "preferences" do you mean "individual agent working time preferences"?

Regards, Olle
