Employee of the Month Programs

Hello, I am looking for ideas to reward our reps in our Call Center.
In our center we have over 700 Reps. and I am looking for some cost-efficient ways and programs to reward. Please let me know what you may use in your center that has been effective. Thank You.

We are actually looking for ways to improve our recognition program for our call center.

Some of the more interesting , low cost ideas that I have seen are:

>"Employee of the Month" parking spot
>Travelling trophy
>Extended lunch hour or break privilege
>Additional "casual day" privileges

We are just starting to brainstorm on this topic and hope to have some things in place in a month or so. We currently have a "wall of fame" board, but we recognized that we need to do some things that are more exciting, with a combination of both formal and spontaneous recognition.

Along with the recognition awards, we are also looking closely at creative ways to raise funds to make the program self-sufficient. Bake sales, cookouts, and raffles have already been done to raise money, and has been very successful.

We give our employees a certificate stating they have earned the "Employee of the Month", their name appears on a company plaque and finally, they receive a paid day off. Employee love this added benefit!!
