Salary Range Question (Canadian)
I'm trying to get a new position approved and priced through HR. The position is basically an in-house Call Centre Specialist, who would be responsible for training, quality assurance (monitoring), etc. In larger call centres this would likely be more than one person, but for our 50 seats one person should be fine. The salary range HR came back with was $30k to 43k. Do you think that is an apprioriate range in Canadian dollars?
Thanks |

I would say that $43K (CD) would be about the lowest. I am at $65K (CD) doing that particular job.

Salary Range Question (Canadian)
Do you have a position description that you could email (or post) - that I could look at to see how close it came to the one I developed? If it is close, then I could present to HR - also does your position have a salary range associated with it?
Thanks Kim |
