Favorite Contact Center Books??
I'd just like to get a sense as to what books/publications fellow industry professionals read. Has anyone read any good books related to call center management?
I'm currently reading a recently released book and I really enjoy it.... Managing and Motivating Contact Center Employees. If you guys/gals are like me it is a must have book for the call center manager. I've only read a bit but so far I have a bunch of sticky notes on the pages with important tools/techniques. I haven''t applied anything directly from the book due to a busy schedule... but I''ll get there. Anyone else have a great Call Center book to share with us all. |
