What do you think about outsourcing to the Dominican Rep.

Hi,

I'm the Call Center Consultant for the Cyberpark of Santo Domingo, (Dominican Rep, Caribbean), I'm working with several companies who are installing there facilities at the moment, I have been asked a lot, internationally speaking, what does the industry thinks about outsourcing and/or installing there programs in this Country, if anybody knows, please let me know, and if somebody has any questions about the D.R I'll be glad to describe our facilities, Experience, etc.
