Hi Ramon, I actually had the opportunity to utilize CosmoCom firsthand back in 1999 when they first came out. It was the lastest and greatest thing as far as CTI goes. However, I am not familiar with any of their latest advances. But I write to say that my only concerns back then were that they didn't have a knowledge base nor a call tracking software. We eventually went with a company called Interactive Intelligence which is very good.
