DNC list updates
We are striving and struggling to remain compliant with all state do not call lists as well as the TCPA. I'm looking for feedback on how frequently other mid-sized call centers are updating their calling lists (or scrubbing their lists) to ensure numbers and/or consumers that have requested to not be called are removed from the calling lists on a regular basis? This would be concerning any on-going or large lists.
