Daily Operations 'ready' Meetings Suggestions
Our call center management group uses daily 'ready' meetings to motivate and connect the operations managers with current service levels, and current percent to goal achievements. The idea that we can impact our performance immediately if needs be following this group exchange has been our motivation. We would like to continue these in 2003 and have established a group to look at ideas and suggestions to keep these rallies fresh, quick and worthwhile. Any suggestions on best practices? Thank you.
