Voice Broadcast vs. Telemarketing

We've had great success employing voice broadcasting for a variety of non-profit organizations in the debt consolidation field. Many of these organizations originally started out with their own outbound telemarketing call center or bought nonexclusive leads from internet consolidators - both approaches very costly.

After employing voice broadcasting as an alternative, a number of benefits were achieved in many of these call centers:

1. Outbound call centers were downsized and re-configured to handle inbound traffic

2. The quality and consistency of the leads was enhanced considerably.

3. A steady, predictable call flow was achieved throughout the day.

4. Call center growth could be easily planned by throttling the number of outbound calls.

5. Overall telemarketing costs were significantly reduced.
