Thanks for the reply. What i'm looking for is a Call center STUDY in the Philippines. I'm not looking for a call center but i'm looking for a whole study / perspective of the call center industry in the Philippines. Like, I wanna know their market and financial structure, etc.

Call Center Studies

If you are looking to purchase a study I would recommend looking at DataMonitor, IDC, Garnter, Forester Research and AQPC. Some of the studies they produce are expensive but contain a lot of market data. A cheaper route may be to search all the call center industry trades/magazines. Of course, most of the information contained in these periodicals is slanted.

Let me know if you need more info.
