While home based agents is an affordable option for US based call centers, it has many pitfalls that any well versed call center guru will tell you. My company, Square One Associates, has used home based agents for several years successfully. We prefer to call ourselves inside sales professionals as opposed to "agents"
We have done work for Fortune 500 companies with regards to lead generation, lead qualification, and product launching.
