Eon phone systems
My call center is in process of switching over our phone systems. Two of the systems with winning consideration are Genesys (Alcatel) and Eon. If anyone has any experience with either of these systems, I would really appreciate your feedback.

Phone System
We looked at many solutions but finally chose a product from Interactive Intelligence, Customer Interaction Center. We found it to be very flexible and met our need's while being open enough to extend out to the enterprise. We've been very happy so far.
