purchasing call centers in Germany
I have met someone representing an international telemarketing company which is interested in acquisition of more than one German call center.
Only companies in good financial standing would qualify. The preference is given to companies with dispersed clients (no single client should bring more than 20% of revenue) and a sound client list. Large call centers will be preferred, but medium-size also considered.
Company's X (let's call this way) policy is to buy 60-70% of shares and sign an agreement with remaining shareholders to protect their interests.
