Security Protocol

I am a Coach for a Call Centre and I want to know what questions your reps ask the client's to do security. Currently we ask the ssn or date of birth. Our Compliance area feels we need to ask more questions to verify who is on the line.

We tell them to ask who they are speaking with, the name on the account, as well as the password, or ssn.
