Interviewing for Email CSR
We are in the recruitment phase for additional CSR's for email response management only.

Aside from the standard skill and attribute type interview questions, we were interested in hearing suggestions on the approach to take to test someones actual written skills

Dear,

you may check kelly services' website they offer call center specifics exams for applicants like call center coding, typing, listerning etc.

These are helpful exams whcih can help you screen right persons for the right positions.
