Credit Card processing

Hey - new to the board but have a huge and daunting task ahead of me.
I need to find a credit card processor to handle our visa and mastercard sales. Have made about a hundred calls and can't find a bank to handle this - what about going offshore for a bank????
any ideas? Thanks for your help

I can help you out (or at least guide you into the right direction) but I need some additional info. How many transactions are we talking about? Are you looking for just a "bank" or for additional fullfillment?

Tom - just bought out the client and bringing in house - currently doing about 8,000 transactions a month and about $900k in volume. They want to roll out a new program every 90 days - so I am looking for quite large processing capacity. We are currently handling fulfillment both in house and contract but would look to outsource more if we could be assured of controls, etc.

What type of transactions are you completing? Are you using any third party verification? I have an automated Third Party Verification company. If you are looking for any or want to price compare please call 1-204-982-0081 or write to sales@voicetronic.com

Went to the site - but must say I'm a bit confused. I have been told I need to find a bank that will provide us with a merchant account to accept (and recieve $) for the transactions our call center is generating. How would your center in India help in this reqard - do you handle all the billing?

KHanson,

Troy asked me to respond to you to discuss your needs for credit card processing. We need to discuss your business before we can help you with outsourcing. There are different portions of the process that we handle for clients and could handle for your company. Please contact me to discuss possible options that would save you time and money.

Regards,

But do you help me set up or do you provide a merchant processing account? All the rest becomes moot if I can't find a bank to process the orders our operators are taking. . . .

khanson-

I represent a fulfillment house that can handle that volume of transactions at one of the lowest error rates in the business. Please give me a call to discuss.
