CSR's Motivation
I'm recently hired by a contact center as a Consultant in Technical Support Area, but my staff assigned to me to find some tips about motivate the CSR's of my CC.
I am reading Bob Nelson's book "Rewarding Employees" but this excellent book is not focused to the industry and I am needing more specific advise from this forum members. I will appreciate your cooperation.
