Helpdesk troubleshooting tool
My call center provides I.T helpdesk services. It includes basic troubleshooting on hardware and software.
The problem we faced now is the knowledge base that we have is not too user friendly and hard to retrieve. I am looking for a decision support system (DSS) or an interactive knowledge base that can speed up our troubleshooting time.At the same time, the tool also provides accurate solution that can increase our first call resolution rate |
