CIAC certification
Hi,
I have become very interested in Call/Contact Centers and am considering obtaining the CIAC Management Consultant certification in an attempt to break into the Call Center field. Can anyone comment on the value in this particular certification? Is it recognized in the Call Center field? Will it allow me to position myself for a position either within a Call Center, or with a Consulting firm with a Call Center or CRM practice? Thanks. |

CIAC Certification
I participated in the beta phase of the certification program and was very impressed. The study guides will forever be useful as resource tools. I'd recommend starting with the operational track since you are not currently in the contact center environment.
The tests are not a "breeze" which gives the program much prestige. I think this designation will become very important within the industry
