Upgrade to Aspect eWFM 6.1 from 4.4

We are a large, multisite company that has just decided to upgrade from TCS 4.4 to eWFM 6.1. We are also considering implementing the eSchedule Planner, Notification Server, and Agent Productivity modules.

I have been charged with managing the upgrade internally, and would like to hear from people who have gone through this conversion.

- What pains did you encounter?
- What internal resources should I engage?
- What issues do I need to consider? For example, I know we
will need to consider hardware requirements, implementation
strategy, how to deploy eSP (i.e., what functionality to provide
to agents, whether to provide access from the desktop), etc...

Any suggestions or recommendations you have for me to ensure a smooth transition from 4.4 to 6.1 would be helpful (if you upgraded from 4.4 to any version, I believe your feedback would be valuable as well).

Thank you!

Chris

eWf 6.1

We made this conversion last year. I would be glad to discuss our experience with you. If you would like to send me your contact information we could set-up a discussion.
