customer "survey" or agent scripting tools
Hello,
Anybody have experience with any survey tools such as Inquisite or RightNow Metrics? These are tools that allow you to collect information in a survey form via a web page. We are looking for something that would allow an agent to easily collect information, save it to a database for reporting purposes. Many predictive dialers have agent scripting built in but are there any exceptional stand alone survey or scripting engines? Thanks! |

We use Survey Select Expert (www.surveyconnect.com) but we email surveys out. I know it has web survey capability but we don't use it. My experience with the email portion is that the software is a bit limiting. I am told the web portion is better.
