Fun and Games
I supervise a small inbound call center. I am looking for any ideas for fun and games to lighten the mood, recognize superior performance of CSR's and refocus the minds. I recommend picking up the Big Book of Customer Service Training Games. Its a great book filled with awesome games and learning points. You can pick the book up for ~$15 on amazon.com. Its a great resource to have.
