Entry Level questions
I recently graduated as an Industrial Engineer and found a job in South America with a start-up Contact Center. I would really like to learn more about the industry. My question is the following:
1. Where can I find information about Call Center Operations? I have searched the internet, but I haven´t found much. 2. If anyone has any sample reports, I would love to read them to get an idea of what is coming. Our operations start in one month. 3. What books do all of you recommend? 4.
