Tools required to open and run a call center
Hi,
I live in Karachi, Pakistan and would like to know how does one open a Call Center, what are the technical requirement, how many seats should I book and how much investment is required. What is the right way to approach companies or look for companies who want to open a Call Center in Pakistan. Your comments and suggestions will be appreciated.

Open and run
First thing we would need to know is what kind of call center are you looking to open? Is it an outsourced center? Do you foresee servicing Americans or Pakistani's?
