Mitel 6110 software package
Has anyone here used the Mitel 6110 software package? I'm involved in moving our call center, and in the process improving and modernizing it, with a new ACD and phone system. I've been looking at a Mitel ACD system with the 6110 software. Currently I do ACD reports manually, which takes quite a lot of time on my part. Mainly what I am looking for is something that automatically generates reports in the Excel format.
