Incremental Costs for Sales Reps

What is the standard pay rate for sales representatives in contact centers. What kind of differential/commission should a sales rep be paid.

The range is directly related to the type of project. I have seen hourly rates rage from minimum wage to 6 figure salaries. The same is said for commissions.

If you post or e-mail me specific details, I will try to give you a more "ballpark" number for each.

Regards-

Well these sales representatives will be placing orders for accessories. We are trying to decide if it's best to do it by base pay + incentive or base pay + commission and what is a reasonable number to start them off with?

Thanks

Sorry to be so particular but what type of accessories? Clothing? Automotive? Other?

What is the dollar amount of the average sale?

Thanks!
