FTE calculations

Good Morning all,

I have a quick question regarding the actual FTE requirement for my center.

I am able to pull the hourly interval FTE req that I need per with my call volume, talk time and acw time. My dilemna is getting the overall monthy FTE requirements.

Does anyone know the overall monthly FTE calculations for a contact center? I have the necessary information of calls offered, etc etc etc...I am just unsure of what the overall requirement calculation is for a month.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated

There are several different calculators out there to use for finding FTEs. You can do a search for 'call center calculator' or try http://www.erlang.com/calculator/

That is a great site however it gives me the information that I already have. Are there any other calculations or links that provide assistance for yearly or monthly FTE calculations
