Employee Incentives and Promotions
I am the Promotions Manager for a large Sales Call Center. My job is to "motivate the troops". I am developing a budget for the program and wonder what the industry standard is per representative.
This would include Contest and rewards, awarded to sales reps, based on productivity. Does anyone know the per rep. average spent? We employ approx 500 reps. I appreciate your help in advance. |

you may need to consider factors such as schedule adherence,politeness to customers,extra mile,team player capabilities,system knowledge,innovation and friendliness .this i believe would asist you in determining the sort of incentive to offer to your agents and which agent merits it. have a nice day. |
