Call Center Floor manager (seating software)
I saw a thread recently referencing software that will let you perform seating assignments. In review of this thread, it appeared to be interesting software. Based on the thread, the user stated that it will perform automatic seating assignments and seat all agents close to the supervisors. Has anyone else heard of this Software or anything else that will do the same? Please advise. As I would like to have several vendors to choose from...
