Call Center Training

Hi, I'm a teacher-trainer and have been asked to put together a program for call center training where employees are non-native speakers of English. Is any one willing to share information on: customer interaction and sales, agent scripts for in/outbound calls (sales, customer service and tech support), CRM, American culture, goegraphpy, history, idiomatic expressions, etc. Actually, any information you are willing to share to help put this no budget operation together for low and no income young adults will be eternally appreciated. Please send information via email.

I look forward to your responses! Thanks.

I have a question, where is your call center located and what type of calls do you need your would-be agents to answer in english?

Call Center Training

The call center is located in Guatemala. I see you are in Oklahoma.

The agents need to answer customer service questions, pre-and post sales calls and technical support. Can you help? Thanks.

I was just curious. On our floor, we are hurting for spanish speaking agents to take care of our spanish speaking customers thus we have many dropped calls and a full queue. As far as training went we taught them for 3 weeks and then we had them on the floor for a week taking calls with floor walkers helping out.
We have been lucky to find native spanish speakers so they are all well spoken while they talk to our customers. For you I would let your students listen to a lot of english calls and teach them from there as far as expressions and the way to speak to the customers.

Hi, Thanks for your response. I just typed an answer, but some how it disappeared. Here it goes again.

Where is your Spanish-speaking customer base located? How many calls do you receive a day and how many are on queue for a response in Spanish? I'm interested in knowing because we have many well-spoken, well-educated young adults and university graduates seeking employment and with no future employment in sight. They are willing to work as Agents to keep food on their table.

What is your product line? Who is your target market? What type of agent speaks Spanish? Are they Americans or Latinos living in the States?

Central America is becoming Call Center Haven. Just ask around. We can provide trainable agents for less than in the States. I'm interested in knowing more because you have a need we may be able to fulfill. Please reply to my personal email tecnicsconsultor@hotmail.com

Cheers!
