how to general more calls for call center

Hi folks,

ours is a recently started internet based ecommerce company having a call center with 20 agents.
Now we are facing problem of lack of inbound calls, having an average of 70 to 80 calls per day.
I would like to know any method/ways to generate calls for our center.
If any one have used specific ideas which generated huge volums of calls I would like to know the methods.

Will anyone share those ideas?

Nela

Hi
Generating calls in the call center is not sourced,it is earned.what i mean by this is that it all depends on the marketing strategies of your establishment and how much public awareness and sensitization you are able to do.clients would always call into your call center if there is anything of interest and surely, there would always be,if only you explore the right channels of distributing your products and services, the about twenty agents you have on ground now would not even be enough for the resultant call volume.

first things first.
