New Business Integration Plan
I have been tasked by my organization to develop a new business integration plan for our contact centers. This plan is to outline and define all the necessary due dilliegence steps in investigating new business and then outline the roadmap to integrate it into current operations. The plan should show integration from all major functional areas of the organization (i.e. finance, HR, contact center operations, IT, etc)
