Call Center Start up
I am looking to start a call center in the next year or so. I want the business to be mainly inbound customer service. Does anyone have any tips on marketing and pricing? I have limited experience in lower management, but these two points will be my biggest hurdle. I feel that I can start a very lucrative business, but I want to be sure I go about it in the right way.
