Activations for Prepaid Wireless
Hi. I'm looking for help on starting an Activations Dept within an existing Inbound Call Center to support Prepaid Wireless Service.
Does anyone have any info on existing baselines or metrics; or any suggestions on where to start research. I need to develop a biz plan in the next week with baseline assumptions for talktime; hours of handling; level of complexity; agent skills, etc. Thanks in advance! JoeMo |
