Quality Assurance Contest Ideas
one of the most important metrics that our agents our judged is their Quality Assurance scores.
Our QA team listens to 3 calls/mo. per agent and they get scored from 1-100. Any ideas how I can use these scores in some kind of contest. I've already ran survivor type contests and poker game contests to increase referral sales. Thanks in advance for any ideas. scrim |

Contest
Buy some raffle tickets and give out 10 tickets for a perfect score, 5 for a 95 score and 1 for a score of 90 (these could be adjusted depending on the scores you are driving for and what is acceptable for your organization). As the employees are monitored, you give them their tickets and have a big drawing at the end of the month.
I would recommend drawing for as many different prizes as you can. This creates an exciting rally like atmosphere that agents have enjoyed at many different call centers. Sometime you can get local merchants to donate prizes if you display some advertisement for them during the month. You can also have a special drawing for the people that score 100. They may get one purple ticket for a bigger prize and then 10 yellow tickets for the general drawing prizes. That way you provide additional incentive for obtaining a 100! |
