Forecasting and Scheduling

I was wondering if you currently using a forecasting and scheduling tool or whatÂ’s your approach in these two items if there's no tool involve. I would like to get your perspective and subsequently learn from experts like you. This seems to be a very difficult item in our current organization.

IÂ’d appreciate any feedback on this matter

Thanks in advance.

Forecasting and Scheduling

My company uses Aspect eWorkforce Management. It is a wonderful tool for scheduling. We have just recently started using the forecasting piece, and although we had a little trouble at the beginning, it has worked out quite well.
