Inappropriate conversation

Hello,

Are there any good videos or other materials available for call center-specific cultural sensitivity/hostile workplace training? Apparently our agents continue to discuss inappropriate topics anytime a supervisor isn't immediately nearby, despite all of our efforts to curtail it.

I've seen a number of ---ual harrassment videos, but they don't address the type of situations that come up in a call center setting. Any suggestions?
