Call Center Photos??-

Strange topic, I know, but we are beginning the process of renovating our oubound phone center. Keep in mind, we're talking small potatos compared to what most of you are doing, we have just 32 seats, outbound fundraising calls only.

Am looking for photos of call centers to share with our
designers, etc. as they work on the project. Any additional suggestions would be appreciated as well.

If anyone has photos of call centers that would be helpful and/or provide my folks with creative ideas, I'd appreciate hearing from you.

Thank you in advance,

Jeff Lindauer

Hi Jeff,

A good place to start is the Web - search for 'call center furniture', 'call center site design' and so on; you'll find some pictures and also vendors whose business it is to outfit call centers.

Also, read up on call center ergonomics; it will help you figure out how to protect your reps from work injuries and keep your workmen's comp costs down.

Good luck with your venture!

Hello Jeff!

I consult with many non-profits and the approach you are taking to identify the optimum ergonomic design is an excellent one!

A company that I have dealt with many times that I can recommend highly is Centercore. Their link is: http://www.centercore.com/default.htm

They have all of the design layouts on their site and may give you some ideas on how you can work with them to design the optimum solution. You may want to ask them about a non-profit discount or even "trade ins" that they have access to.

One of their regional offices is in Elkhart Indiana....here is the link:

Good luck
