Inbound Center With Excess Capacity

I'm looking for ways to utilize the excess capacity in our call center. I would like ideas on generating additional inbound customers. Any success stories out there? Any companies looking to outsource?

Excess Inbound Capacity Issues

The answer to your question depends on many factors. Some of them include: the industry you are in; the amonut of excess capacity; historical information regading direct marketing campaigns and how they impacted inbound call-volume; are your agents outbound capable; are you focussed on customer-retention or acquisition? There are many other factors that contribute to adequately addressing this question.
