DNC list suppression
I have been tasked with trying to find out if an outbound campaign aimed at calling prospects at home (B2C) needs to be suppressed agiainst the Do NOt Call list if we are not trying to sell a product.
For example - we have a prospect list of qualified individuals that we would to contact and offer employment opportunities. What we're looking to do is to start an open dialgoue with these prospects. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks. -Matthew |

Here are some links that may help. If you are still unsure (though it sounds like there shouldn't be a problem with your service), also included is a direct contact (email & phone) w/ an FTC person that will try to respond within 2 days I believe.
