Setting Up

Ok , here goes ... I'm a newbie to this and I would like to set up in Malaysia . Could anyone out there in Cyberspace tell me what I need . This call center would be a "900 number" type which would assist in solving computer based problems on the phone line .
Can any one give me any reference on how to actually set this up , what I need how to do it . I am really interested in this line , but unfortunately I am completely "blur" on the situation. Thanks

Sneep, we have some experience with call centers in Asia and have a discovery process that is focused on analysing requirements for new call centers. Not sure what your budget is, or how big a center you require, but check out this URL;

it seems you are planning to have an inbound call center, how many seats do you plan to have in your call center or what is the volume of calls that you think will hit your call center, and accordingly how many work stations o you think you would need....i think i will be able to help you through this....tarun
