Motivation for Outbound Centers
Does anybody know of any games that can be played on the Floor when the Agents are logged in for an Outbound Program, so that they are continuously motivated and not bored?

We used to play BINGO or "Who's Call is it?" quite a bit which the teams seemed to like. We used candy, sodas or trinkets (Oriental Trading Company or company logo) as rewards. These games are nice because the more productive the agent, the more opportunity to win.
Alphabet BINGO: Have either individual or team competitions to find a customer's name for each letter of the alphabet or for the letters that spell your company or product name (or some other phrase). Has to be someone they contacted or someone they completed a sale with (to make it harder). Extra points for hard letters like X or Z. Can give prizes for the shortest name, longest name, most consonents, etc. Geography BINGO: Use a map of your calling areas and have agents fill in the state or city/towns of the people they contacted. Can give prizes for the most filled in within a certain period of time, the greatest distance from your location, etc. "Who's call is it?" - Leaders would choose a random hr:mn during each shift. The person who completed a call closest to that time would win a prize. Agents knew within what 4 or 6 hr block of time the winning time would fall. Our quality team was responsible for pulling the calls which most closely matched the time chosen. |

A good game to play is "Whammy". Make up ten cards with three being whammy's and the other seven consisting of different dollar amounts. When an agent gets a sale they are able to draw a card, they can either take the money or choose to continue drawing to increase their winnings but if they get a "whammy card" they lose their accumalated dollar amount.
I know of many other games but it depends on your budget. really |
