What simulation program to buy

Hi

Were currently searching for a simulation program for our call center. We've been looking for quite some time and we came to a few conclusion. The first one is we'll never get what we want. The second one is so we have to go for the best approximation. Can anybody tell us with which program they work and about their experiences with the program

Hi Remy,

It depends on what you are want to do. We use Arena's CallSim for Business Process Improvement problem's.

For operational questions some Workforce Management tools, like for instance Blue Pumpkin, offer nowadays pretty good simulation possibilities.

If you need more information, just call me.

We use Meta software for simulation but IEX for scheduling. Does anyone else use Meta and have any thoughts on it?
