Virtual Call Agents
There appears to be a growing trend towards "virtual call agents" for many valid reasons. I have been doing some research into the prospective job market in this area, but have only found a few companies. I am curious if anyone here works in a virtual position, or if anyone has an opinion as to what the top companies in this field are? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
