Dalton is a seasoned customer service and contact center leader with over 20 years of experience consulting with Fortune 500 and mid-market companies in the implementation of strategies, operating models and leading-edge technologies driving revenue growth, profitably and operational efficiency. His expertise is focused on customer-centric operations across all channels. He has generated results for clients such as eTalk, Hard Metrics, Nice, Quantitative Analytics, MCI, and Avaya. Prior to his new role with Telerx, Dalton founded Sales Development Group, a contact center technology and strategy consultancy.
