Call center research topic
Hello,
I am a 4th year nursing student working in a large corporation's health services department as an occupational health nurse. I have been asked by the company to complete a research project "Best Practice in Health Maintenance and Disability Management (including accommodation) in Call Center Enviroments". If anyone can help me out with information on the management and accommodation of disability it would be greatly appreciated, I am having difficulties finding info in that area. The OHN's that are employed here have stated that a large issue is the extensive amounts of ongoing training in call centers because if the person is off for months they will miss the training, then say they are able to return to work in August but the training that they missed is not offered until October so they cannot return until they get the training. Anything anyone can share with me would be great!! |
